Meteos Wars - Mission Mode on Hard - Stage 5 - Freaze

Freaze is a planet in a perpetual winter, with fierce biting cold winds continually blowing over the surface. It is a small planet, having a diameter of just 1,000 kilometers and a population of 10,000 Freazers. In contrast, the Freazers are on average the largest species in the game at a massive 40m tall, and are actually partly composed of ice as well as cellular structure. It's Temperature Inside The Planet Is Lower 0 Degrees Celsius.

Freaze has 7 columns, the smallest possible, in both Meteos (DS) and Meteos Wars.

Ignitions are powerful on Freaze, and due to the small size of the playing field, it is possible to make a Screen Clear within several seconds.

In Meteos (DS), the following meteos fall on Freaze:

  • H2O: ~33.3%
  • Air: ~16.7%
  • Iron: ~16.7%
  • Soil: ~16.7%
  • Zap: ~16.7%

Due to the addition of Ice meteos in Meteos Wars, there was a major shakeup on what meteos fall on Freaze. There are plenty of Air and Ice meteos, and some Herb, Iron and Zap meteos.

In Meteos (DS), Freaze can be unlocked by fusing 100 Air and 200 H2O meteos. In Meteos Wars, it has to be played as the 'unknown' 5th planet in Mission Mode for it to be unlocked.

Freaze's soundtrack in the DS game is Winter Impasse. It can be purchased for 500 H2O meteos.
